The Brief

Mindcollider is an executive leadership programme run by Terra Mater, offering immersive experiences at world-renowned science institutions including CERN and ESA. The brief was to build a site that matched the prestige of the programme — communicating its unique positioning clearly to senior decision-makers, driving pre-applications, and handling enquiries from prospective participant organisations.

My Role

I was the sole developer on the project, responsible for the WordPress build, Elementor theme, custom plugin integrations, and analytics implementation.

Technical Approach

The site is built on WordPress with Elementor Pro as the layout engine. The application and enquiry flow uses WPForms with multi-step forms and conditional logic to qualify leads before they reach the team. Google Tag Manager handles event tracking with a structured dataLayer implementation, capturing form interactions and key engagement events for reporting.

Key Features

  • Pre-application portal — multi-step WPForms flow with conditional logic to qualify applicants
  • Event listings — programme dates and scheduling information managed via CMS
  • Testimonials — case studies and quotes from previous participant organisations
  • GA4 tracking — GTM-based event delegation for form submissions and engagement events
